Stacy’s volleyball journey began at a young age, playing for Circle City Volleyball Club from ages 12–18, where she competed on the National (1’s) teams every year. She went on to Brownsburg High School, earning a varsity letter all four years, before continuing her career at the Division I level at Morehead State University.
As a libero throughout her entire playing career, Stacy developed a deep understanding and love for the technical and mental side of the game. She’s passionate about helping athletes build strong fundamentals early — setting the foundation for long-term success both on and off the court.
Stacy specializes in:
🏐 Passing
🏐 Serve Receive
🏐 Defense
🏐 Serving
🏐 Back Row Attacking
🏐 Blocking
🏐 Overall Skill Development and Volleyball IQHer coaching philosophy blends technical skill development with athletic performance training. After tearing her ACL three times during her own playing career, Stacy became a firm believer that sport-specific strength and conditioning is essential for injury prevention and peak performance.
Today, she’s committed to helping young athletes gain confidence, move better, and reach their full potential — while having fun and developing a true love for the game.

Hi! I'm Jess Gearries, a former volleyball player from Avon, Indiana.
I grew up playing club volleyball from ages 12-18 at Circle City Volleyball Club, where I spent most of my time as a middle blocker before transitioning to an outside hitter in college.
I continued my playing career at Thomas More University (Division II), where I majored in Exercise and Health Strategies with a minor in Business Administration and Sports Administration.
During college, I competed as an outside hitter at the collegiate level and gained firsthand experience in overcoming adversity. I had shoulder surgery my junior year and have battled multiple injuries throughout my playing years. Those experiences shaped my passion for not only teaching the game but also helping athletes stay healthy and train the right way!
My goal is to help players develop strong fundamentals, understand proper technique, and most importantly-learn to love the game.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, I'm here to support your journey both on and off the court!
Jess specializes in:

Hello!! My name is Kacy Bragg, and I am a former volleyball player from Warsaw, Indiana! I played both volleyball and basketball in high school but ended up focusing on my volleyball career after high school. I am thankful for the four years playing volleyball at Taylor University and the friendships I gained over the years. I have always loved to compete, and volleyball is not only a great sport for competition, but for learning how to work with teammates.
I competed as a left handed right-side hitter and setter my freshman year of college, and then transitioned to mainly setting the rest of my college career. I am passionate about training all positions, but especially setters. Not only do setters need to be great leaders, but they need to be able to humbly serve their teammates. And of course, to put the ball where the hitters can get the best kills!
During my time as a student athlete at Taylor University, I majored in Psychology with a minor in Counseling. I am currently pursuing my master's in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and hope to help people deal with mental health struggles and challenging life transitions. I also know firsthand the pressure and difficulties that come with being an athlete and am passionate at developing mental toughness and endurance.
I am blessed by the opportunity to be at Indy Hybrid Performance and look forward to working with you!!
