Charlotte Goto is a defensive specialist/libero from Phoenix, Arizona. She grew up playing club volleyball at AZONE Volleyball Club, where she played multiple positions throughout her career, including six-rotation setter, right-side hitter, and outside hitter, before transitioning to defensive specialist/libero prior to college. Charlotte also played at Millennium High School, winning a state championship during her junior year and finishing as state runner-up her senior year in indoor volleyball. She also played all four years on her high school's sand volleyball team.

In college, Charlotte played at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (NAIA) before transferring to Franklin College (DIII) for her junior and senior years. Throughout her collegiate career, she played as a defensive specialist/libero and was voted team captain her senior year.

Coaching over the past few years has allowed Charlotte to give back to the sport she loves while helping young athletes grow their own love for volleyball. Her goal as a coach has always been to create a positive environment where players feel supported, loved, and excited to be.
