Nutrition and Training go hand in hand. Here at IHPC we focus on BALANCE and creating LIFESTYLE habits. No foods off limits, but ALL in moderation. Athletes need to learn to properly fuel their bodies for performance, so that they can perform at an optimal level!

Why is Athlete Nutrition Important?
We will start each athlete with a customized meal plan. The meal plan will be based on foods the athlete likes, doesn't like, where each family grocery shops, meals that the family already eats, etc. We want to make the meal plan FEASIBLE for the athlete's life and family. We are just taking the guesswork away.
After the athlete uses the meal plan as structure and guidance, we will slowly have him/her transition into an app to track on his/her own.
Pre-Workout Nutrition:
Fueling your body prior to your training, practice, competition, etc. is KEY to making sure that you perform optimally! If you do not put gas in your car…will it go? No. Same thing with our bodies…if we do not put the GAS or FOOD into our system then we will not have enough energy and stamina to train or perform at our best.
Always make sure that you have a carb source + a protein source PRIOR to training!
Eat 30-60 minutes prior to workout!
Post-Workout Nutrition:
Supplements are an AID to help the process and/or performance!
These are the supplements that I recommend to everyone. I have used this company since I was 18.
A huge positive is they are NCAA approved, so that you are able to get into routine with them and will not have to stop them in college. That is why I chose this supplement company from the start.
Plus, they are a high level supplement company, so there are no bad ingredients in any of the supplements!
