  • Elite Power Intensive Training Program

    This program is a combination of In-Person Group Training + Custom Nutrition + Coaching Accountability to prepare your athlete for collegiate sports!

  • Power Intensive Training Program

    The PIT program is an in-person training. This is a group setting. However, we value QUALITY over quantity, so we cap the group classes! This class is for 13± athletes or recommended by an IH Coach!

  • Private 1:1 Sport Specific Training

    An individualized Program that is still based on Sport Specific Training to be explosive, but is not in a group setting!

  • Youth Speed, Strength, & Agility Program

    This YSSA program focusses on footwork, speed, proper form, fundamentals of training, and more! This class is for ages 5-12 years old or recommended by an IH Coach.

  • Team Training

    Are you a coach and want your team to train as a unit? Train as a team to increase your athletes level of performance!
