Stacy graduated from Brownsburg High School in 2013, where her passion for sports, fitness, and nutrition first began. She went on to play Division I volleyball at Morehead State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double major in Exercise Science and Sports Performance and a minor in Nutrition.
Never one to stop learning, Stacy has earned multiple certifications including:
• American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
• Precision Nutrition Health & Nutrition Specialist
• CrossFit Level 1 Coach
• ACE Personal Trainer
• CPR Certified
In 2017, Stacy launched her business with the mission to help others reach their health, fitness, and performance goals. Her passion is deeply personal — her own journey has been full of both challenges and breakthroughs.
After enduring three ACL surgeries between her senior year of high school and her sophomore year of college, Stacy felt defeated and feared she’d fall behind. Driven by determination, she turned to nutrition and training as a way to stand out. While she became lean and strong, her dedication tipped into obsession. She eventually realized that her restrictive habits and overtraining were costing her the very things she valued most: her strength, explosiveness, and joy in her sport.
Through time, growth, and self-reflection, Stacy found her balance. After college, she navigated anxiety and binge eating but ultimately discovered food freedom and a healthier relationship with training. These experiences fuel her passion today — to help others overcome their own struggles and step into a lifestyle that builds both strength and confidence.
When she’s not coaching, Stacy enjoys life outside the gym with her husband and two dogs, Cookie and Blu. She loves Christmas (she decorates in October), iced coffee, and spending time with family and friends!

McKale graduated from Lake Central High School in 2021, where he started to have an interest in fitness and training. He played baseball throughout highschool and also started to take some sports medicine classes. Once he graduated high school he went on to IUPUI, now IUI, to get his Exercise Science degree. While earning his degree, he also earned his First Aid and CPR certification.
McKale graduated from IUI this past spring and has continued to learn while training alongside Stacy. He has been with Indy Hybrid for almost two years now and loves working with each and every athlete and adult. His path started all the way back in high school when he took an Introduction to Sports Medicine class. This is where he started to learn the fundamentals of sports and fitness itself. While playing baseball and being able to apply what he was learning in class, is where his true passion started.
As McKale got older, taller, stronger, and smarter he started to understand what his strengths and weaknesses are. He has always believed, Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Doesn't Want to Work Hard. There have been teams where he wasn't the strongest or the fastest and didn't get the opportunities that the stronger and faster people got. That never affected his work ethic, and this is what drives him to help others with their own struggles.
If you haven't trained with Coach McKale, he is from Northwest Indiana and is a huge Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. In his free time you might find him tracking one of his favorite teams, fishing, golfing, or somewhere outside enjoying the lovely Indiana weather. You will most likely find him listening to Country Music while hanging out with his friends.

Jess graduated from Avon High School in 2021. After graduation, she continued her academics and athletics at Thomas More University, playing Division II volleyball and graduating with a major in Exercise and Health Strategies with a double minor in sports administration and business administration.
In 2020, Jess began training with Stacy in her garage, where she learned what it truly means to train like an athlete—focusing on explosiveness, strength, and sustainable healthy habits. That experience sparked Jess’s passion for helping others, inspiring her to one day give back to the community and help athletes reach their full potential.
After facing multiple sports-related injuries, including bulging discs, shoulder surgery, and stress reactions, Jess discovered a deep passion for exercise and nutrition, turning her challenges into purpose. While these setbacks took a toll on her mental health, she remained determined to get healthy, finding that training and proper nutrition became an outlet to drive her success. Even after graduating, she remains committed to training like an athlete and maintaining a balanced, healthy approach to food.
When Jess is not in the gym, she enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, friends and family. She has a blue nose pit, Ivy, that she loves to spend time with and spoil. Outside of that, she loves online shopping, traveling, and hibachi!

Lindsey graduated from Brownsburg High School in 2025 with Summa Cum Laude honors. There, she was a Varsity and Elite Competitive Cheerleader, a National Honors Society Member, and a tutor for young elementary kids. During high school, she developed a passion for being a leader for the community, being a mentor for the youth, and prioritizing exercise and nutrition for herself. Now, she is at Indiana University - Indianapolis pursuing a degree in Nursing. She is continuing to volunteer for the community and tutor young kids as well.
In 2024, Stacy brought her on as an intern as a way to get involved and learn from a great mentor like her. Lindsey then formed a love for the gym and helping people become the best version of themselves. She also absolutely loves working with the youth within the community and helping them grow into well-rounded people with good life habits.
Lindsey's passion for exercise and nutrition comes from years of challenges due to sports-related injuries. She had suffered two stress fractures in her back as well as two broken ankles throughout high school. She ended up needing a full ankle repair on her right foot. These injuries brought upon long recoveries and feelings of defeat and sadness. However, through the injuries, she continued to train at Indy Hybrid as an athlete and prioritize nutrition to become better and stronger than ever.
Outside of the gym, Lindsey enjoys life with her boyfriend. She also loves to bake, attend her sister's soccer games, and spend time with her family and dogs!
