Adult Nutrition
Why is Adult Nutrition Important?
Our goal is to give you the tools to be able to reach your goals LONG-TERM! We want you to STOP gaining and losing the same 20 lbs year after year, BUT instead take 3 months, 6 months, or even a year to TRULY work on yourself and DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!
Each client is different with different needs, goals, circumstances, etc. so we ALWAYS adjust our coaching methods to that specific individual, but here is basically how our protocol goes.
1. Clients will start off with a custom meal plan to allow them to get into a routine, see how to properly fuel their body to reach their goals LONG-TERM!
How the custom meal plan is designed and what we take into consideration:
✅ Foods you like / dislike
✅ Dinners you already eat
✅ Breakfasts
✅ Fun snacks you want to incorporate
✅ Do you need fast and easy? Or do you like to cook?
✅ Where do you shop?
✅ Do you always eat at McDonald's on Tuesdays? Perfect … let's incorporate it!

It is COMPLETELY customizable! We are just taking the guesswork from you, so that we can build the absolute best plan for you!
2. Once the client has gotten into a routine with using the meal plan for the first couple weeks, then we will slowly transition the client to track on their own via an app.
✅ We want them to understand HOW to hit their protein/carbs/fats
✅ HOWEVER, we understand that it can be daunting, so we make sure to take our time with it.
✅ Tracking is NOT an end all be all. We want it to be a TOOL!
✅ Balance is key!
