Youth Speed, Strength, & Agility 💪🏼

YSSA are for athletes ages 6-12 years old or recommended by an IH Coach

Our programming focuses on being explosive, so performing movements at a high rate (speed) with a moderate level of weight.  As power athletes, we want to be explosive and fast, not slow and bulky.

✅ Each session IHPC Staff will incorporate mobility, plyometrics, agility, speed, strength (upper/lower/core), and more!
