Macro coaching is a form of food tracking centered around the 3 macronutrients: Carbs, Proteins, and Fats. Clients will be given a goal for each of the three macronutrients that are in a range that is ideal for that individuals body type and goals. The client will be taught how to track and maintain their eating with the help of a mobile app. Macro coaching is for users that are looking for a more flexible eating style versus meal plans.
