Cancellation, No Show, and
Late policy.
Cancellation / No Show Policy: I understand that there are times when other obligations happen last minute. However, your scheduled services are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies.
Failure to cancel 24-hours in advance or a no show will be charged for the full session.
Late Arrivals: I understand that sometimes things might make you delayed, but your appointment slot is your appointment slot. But, please keep in mind that my schedule is very full and it is not fair to my other clients if you stay late for your session. If you show up 5-minutes late to your session, you will still end at the time your session ends.
