Create a lifestyle based around BALANCE! What does a “balanced” lifestyle look like? No food restrictions. Learning to eat all types of foods, but in moderation! This will eliminate binge eating and eliminate yo-yo dieting! It is my mission to instill lifestyle habits in each one of my clients, so we can STOP the up and down weight gain/lose, but only have to “fine” tune our bodies when needed!

Customized Meal Plan

Nutrition tailored specifically for you!

I will design a custom meal plan for you. It takes away all the guessing on how to reach your caloric intake via macros (protein / carbs / fats). This is a great program for someone who is a beginner, who wants more structure, too busy to think about tracking in an app, and wants ME to take the guesswork out of how to hit your caloric intake. Most of my clients want this for the ease of life - helps with getting into a routine!

What will you receive?

-Custom meal plan

-Weekly check-ins via email for accountability, weekly goal setting, and more

-Water intake recommendations

-Supplementation recommendations

-Meal plan is designed based off an extensive questionnaire. Questions such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • What foods do you like / dislike

  • What specific dinners would you like? For example: spaghetti / Mexican / etc. it helps when having a family

  • Where do you grocery shop?

  • Allergies?

  • What “fun” foods do you want in your meal plan?

Meal Plans last 4-weeks. After the 4-weeks you will have to renew your coaching!

Macro Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition tailored specifically for you!

This is a great options for clients who are more advanced! This option of nutrition coaching is where you will track your macros (carbs / fats / protein) via an app. I will have direct communication with you within the app. The app allows me to see your food log, your current / updated weight, current / updated photos, and more. It is a great tool for me to communicate with all my nutrition clients in one location.

What will you receive?

-Weekly check-ins via the app for accountability, weekly goal setting, and more.

-Water intake recommendations

-Supplementation recommendations

-Macro adjustments as needed

-Macro guide E-book

Macro coaching is a month-to-month agreement until cancellation.

 

FAQs

 

What is the difference between the meal plan and macro coaching?

Both are based off of customized macros that I will create for you, but the easiest way to put it is I do the work for you when it comes to the meal plan. I will design a specific plan for you to follow each day! Macro coaching you will chose your own foods and piece them together until you hit your customized macros.

Do I count calories when I track?

No, you do not have to track calories. Macro counting eliminates the “calorie counting.” Protein, carbs, and fats make up calories. If you focus on hitting your macros each day, you will hit your overall calorie goal!

What if I have allergies?

You can still do either nutrition option! If I make a meal plan for you, I will just not put any foods you are allergic to in the plan! This is why balanced eating is awesome! It is flexible and can be tailored for each person!

Can you really eat anything in moderation?

Yes! It is all about balance! Trying to eat 80% nutrient dense foods, and 20% “fun” foods! This means you can have ice cream and still lose weight!
