Small Group Training

This is semi-private setting with like minded adults to push you to succeed and strive to be the 1%. This type of setting allows for a more personable 1:1 feel without paying for a private session, and it allows coaches to better correct form.

Each session are half hour sessions. The sessions are focussed on efficiency.

Hybrid H.I.I.T

No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, our Hybrid HIIT class is designed to build lean muscle mass, burn body fat, and grow mentally stronger! IHPC professional staff will have modifications for beginners and advanced movements for individuals who have been training for a while.
Each class is structured to incorporate small fine motor movements and large compound movements. Come join a class and get a full body burn and sweat!
Both males and females welcome!

Small Group Training
Train with your friends or be placed in a small group to make new friends. Each individual will be able to work at their own pace and will be challenged according to their current skill level and goals. Small group training is available for signup year round for new and returning clients.
Adult Classes
Classes are larger groups that are a more cost effective option compared to small group training. Certain classes may have a more specific skill focus such as speed and agility or strength and explosion. Class registrations are available sporadically throughout the year while small group training is available for signup year round.
