Tommaso Bruni, known to most as Tommy, is originally from Siena, Italy. He has been a track athlete for 16 years, competing as a sprinter in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 400m hurdles. His passion for track and athletics led him to the United States to continue both his athletic and academic journey.

Tommy graduated from Marian University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. Before attending Marian, he studied Pre-Physical Therapy at Cowley College in Kansas, where he also competed at the National Championship in the 4x100 Relay.

Before beginning his college career, Tommy coached young track athletes, where he discovered his passion for teaching and coaching. He enjoys helping others work toward their goals and guiding them throughout their journey.

Tommy brings a strong background in strength training, speed development, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance. From building strength, acceleration, and explosiveness to refining mechanics, coordination, and body control, he is passionate about helping athletes move better, build confidence, and perform at a higher level.
