Claire Morris
Claire Morris, a former volleyball player from the southside of Indianapolis.
I started playing volleyball at just 5 years old, and my love for the game grew from being part of a family deeply involved in the sport. I played both high school and club volleyball at Perry Meridian and Circle City.
I went on to compete at the collegiate level for the University of Indianapolis, where I am currently finishing my degree in Public Health, with a focus on environmental health and health/wellness coaching.
During my college career:
Junior Year: Second-Team All GLVC
Senior Year: First-Team All GLVC
Fifth Year: Sportsmanship Participant
As a 6-rotation setter, I had to be well-versed in every aspect of the game — leadership, defense, decision-making, and consistency.
Because I started playing at such a young age, I have a strong passion for helping younger athletes not only develop their skills, but truly build a love for the game. My goal is to help players grow in their confidence, drive, and preparation for every level of competition.
I’m so excited to begin this journey and can’t wait to meet so many new faces!
