Volleyball Skill Development for Athletes in Grades 3–6!
Indy Hybrid Performance Club’s Volleyball Development Series is designed for athletes in 3rd–6th grade who are looking to build a strong foundation and continue developing their skills throughout the year. This high-energy, small-group training series gives athletes the opportunity to receive quality coaching, build confidence, and get quality repetitions in key volleyball skills.
Athletes will work on passing and ball control, serving, setting, attacking and hitting fundamentals, footwork and movement, volleyball IQ, court awareness, and communication. Each session is designed to help athletes become more comfortable with the game while continuing to build the skills needed for future development.
The series is offered in four different sessions throughout the year: Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, and Spring. Families can choose to register for one, two, three, or all four sessions, allowing athletes to continue their development based on their goals and schedule.
With one-hour sessions and small-group coaching, athletes will have the opportunity to learn, get quality repetitions, build confidence, and develop a stronger foundation in volleyball.

At Indy Hybrid, we do not believe in mass-volume training or one-size-fits-all programs. Our focus is quality over quantity—every session is intentionally designed to give athletes meaningful reps, detailed coaching, and real development.
Our volleyball training is led by elite coaches with collegiate playing and coaching experience who understand both the technical demands of the sport and the athletic foundations required to perform at a high level. We coach athletes how to move, compete, and think—not just how to run drills.
We take a long-term approach to athlete development. That means prioritizing proper mechanics, confidence, and sustainable progress over quick fixes. Every athlete is coached with care, high standards, and the expectation that they can continue to grow both on and off the court.
At Indy Hybrid, your athlete is not just another number. They are coached, challenged, and supported in an environment that is built to help them reach their full potential.
