The Adult Semi-Private Personal Training classes are broken down into 3 different segments to maximize your workout! 👇🏼
Class Format:

The class begins with accessory work that is programmed with progressive overload! Each class will have a specific muscle group (or two) that we are focusing on for that class.

This section of the workout is going to elevate your heart rate and put you in maximum fat burning and muscle building state.

To finish the workout we might finish with a core burner, more accessory work, or a total body burner!
