Hybrid H.I.I.T. Classes
45 Minutes to a BETTER VERSION OF YOU!
The Hybrid HIIT classes are broken down into 3 different segments to maximize your workout!
① Warm-Up: The class begins with accessory work that is programmed with progressive overload! Each class will have a specific muscle group (or two) that we are focusing on for that class.
② HIIT Part: This section of the workout is going to elevate your heart rate and put you in maximum fat burning and muscle building state.
③ The Finisher: To finish the workout we might finish with a core burner, more accessory work, or a total body burner!
