The Adult Semi-Private Personal Training classes are broken down into 3 different segments to maximize your workout! 👇🏼

Class Format:

  • The class begins with accessory work that is programmed with progressive overload! Each class will have a specific muscle group (or two) that we are focusing on for that class.

  • This section of the workout is going to elevate your heart rate and put you in maximum fat burning and muscle building state.

  • To finish the workout we might finish with a core burner, more accessory work, or a total body burner!
