Who We Are

Indy High Performance Club (IHPC) is a multi-faceted performance and sports organization based in the Midwest, dedicated to long-term athlete development, sport-specific performance training, and professional excellence in coaching.

We work with youth athletes, collegiate athletes, professional-level athletes, and high-performing adults, providing structured, intentional training that transfers directly to sport and life.

Former Division I Volleyball Athlete

  • Actively involved in athlete development, coach mentorship, and business growth

We train athletes with intention—every program is built around the demands of the sport, position, season, and individual athlete.

    • Hosts USSSA baseball and softball tournaments from the start of March to the end of October

    • Hitting and skill development facility (two locations)

This structure allows coaches and interns to gain exposure beyond the weight room—into sport coaching, athlete management, facility operations, and organizational leadership.
