COVID policy.
I understand that there are times when symptoms seem to appear out of no where. It is also understood that scheduled services are reserved especially for you. All time slots, once reserved, are no longer available for others to reserve. I value your business and appreciate your understanding of my cancellation policies.
Failure to cancel 24-hours in advance and/or a “No-call, no-show” will result in the clients being charged the amount of their scheduled session in full.
The only exception to the above is if a client, personally, tests positive for COVID-19 and notifies by email the onset of their symptoms. In the event, you test positive AND you notified me by email of the onset of your symptoms, you will be issued a refund of the full amount for the missed session.
