Small Group Training
Train with your friends or be placed in a small group to make new friends. Each individual will be able to work at their own pace and will be challenged according to their current skill level and goals. Small group training is available for signup year round for new and returning clients.
Athlete Classes
Classes are larger groups that are a more cost effective option compared to small group training. Certain classes may have a more specific skill focus such as speed and agility or strength and explosion. Class registrations are available sporadically throughout the year while small group training is available for signup year round.

Athletes are made in the off-season!
Athletes will work on the following:

✔️ Sports Nutrition ✔️ Leadership skills
Owner, Stacy Sampen, played Division 1 volleyball and participated in sports her whole life.
With a double major in Exercise Science and Nutrition, she knows how to get her athletes to be the next level!
