Adult Small Group Training Classes
WE CAP EVERY CLASS AT 6 INDIVIDUALS
The Adult Small Group classes are broken down into 3 different segments to maximize your workout!
① Warm-Up: The class begins with accessory work that is programmed with progressive overload! Each class will have a specific muscle group (or two) that we are focusing on for that class.
② HIIT Part: This section of the workout is going to elevate your heart rate and put you in maximum fat burning and muscle building state.
③ The Finisher: To finish the workout we might finish with a core burner, more accessory work, or a total body burner!
Why Choose Adult Small Group Training?
✅ This is a semi-private setting with like-minded adults to push you to succeed and strive to “BE THE 1%”. This type of setting allows for a more personable 1:1 feel without paying for a private session, and it allows coaches to better correct form.
✅ Adults will focus on strength training with a combination of endurance and high intensity interval training.
✅ Each session is different and will focus on different muscle groups.
✅ There will be modifications for all movements, so any fitness level is welcome!
